What a Change from the hard sell. Contacted SLHS about a VW Caddy and arranged a time with Kevin to see the van, what a polite man. Told me all about the vehicle showed me around it gave me the key and left me to test drive it. Found Kevin in his office, asked a few questions and the deal was done. One week later collected the vehicle with a new MOT and a full valet. Kept informed of what was happening till the collection day. So So easy. Thank you Kevin and all involved.

I am very happy with my purchase from SLHS. I don't live nearby so Kevin took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed before I made the trip to see / purchase the van in person, sending me photos and checking out things I needed to know. There was no hard sale but just helpful and friendly information. When we went to pick it up, the van was as described and beautifully presented, and again Kevin was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend SLHS. They have been brilliant from the word go. First example was on my first meeting, I had inquired about a van and was on my way down. Kevin\'s colleague thought that the van I was coming to see had just been sold so he called me to check witch was great if that was the van I was going to see. Second example was after I had purchased a van that is amazing by the way, I had a few little problems and I call and took the van back and it was as if they were more helpful then than when I was buying a van. Great service today at SLHS, very easy process from start to finish in these difficult times. I brought a Ford Transit Connect, on arrival the van was waiting for me, absolutely spotless, very pleased. I live down in the southwest so it was a good opportunity to have a good test drive. It was literally have a look around see what you like and come find me when ready. I absolutely hate shopping for a new vehicle, but when buying from SLHS Van Sales I actually found it quite enjoyable. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and take great care with all the vehicles. they're very conscious of trading fairly and ensuring that the vehicles they sell are good to go. No pushy sales tactics either, which makes you feel comfortable to look around at your own pace and take as much time as you need. SLHS is a fantastic family business!

I brought a Blue 2011 VW Caddy Maxi from Tom. The best van I have ever had, I had a slight problem with it, all covered under the warranty. Tom was even available on a Sunday to get a problem sorted as soon as possible.

Will definitely be looking to purchase another van off Tom, in the future.

SLHS Van Sales "Miles better"

Salix Courier Solutions owner Steve Nicholson comments on his year old van purchase from SLHS Van sales.

Tom- just a quick line following my purchase of a van from your company in September 2015, I have now done 65.000 miles in one year to date (Sept 2016) total 117,000 on the clock and apart from the normal replacement parts I have had no real problems.
